We are searching for a New Business Development Manager to join our team at Norautron Suzhou, China.
- Identify and track the potential customers according to company’s growth strategies and help company to define the business development strategy and planning;
- Study and summary quotation documents, negotiation price with customers, try whatever we can do to win the new customer or new opportunity;
- Study and understand competitor’s position (strategy, price, disadvantage, etc.) and then confirm our strategy;
- Contract negotiation, marketing activities preparation and new customer introduction preparation;
- Other work assigned by immediate supervisor.
- College degree and above
- Strong EMS industry background
- Good understanding of EMS industrial situation and process
- Engineering background of EMS is preferred EMS, Excellent business development skills
- Experience in developing industry/medical field business
- Excellent team management skills
- Good oral and written English skills
- Minimum 8 years relevant working experience
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skill and teamwork spirit, Clear logic and good social interpersonal skill, Strong sense of customer orientation
